In a word... No!

Unless you remap it - then it probably will, the intercooler will make it more progressive, a bit less laggy and wheezy at the top end.

RIP may reduce lag a smidgen I think, but not a massive difference with your small turbo I'd imagine.

with a remap - yes intercooler is usually a good upgrade, LPT intercoolers are usually crap.

I don't know what upgrades are available for the 2.0 LPT... but to be honest, you'll be well over 200 with T4 intercooler, 3" downpipe and remap.... then it just gets expensive :)

It's ment to be 230 brake with just a map according to the bsr web site but think that's a bit much

You right to be doubtfull, 30bhp over standard would be more realistic.

try rica /autologic/mte because peeps havent been happy with bsr.and you should be fine with your intercooler i think they are all the same mate.if you put a 16t on it with a custom remap and exhaust should be looking at aroud 250 bhp

BSR as many other tuning companies talk utter ****e about power outputs....

160 stock
190 remap
200 3"downpipe
210 intercooler
250 16t

16t turbo would be a good mod after that... and you'll get loads more power :) Just check your block can handle it if it's a LPT it may have higher compression.

yes he will have higher compression but he will not have to run high boost to make it move ,aslong as it is remapped properly and he uses high octane fuel should be fine ,and fit t5 me7 injectors too for remapping

Get your car dynoed on a rolling road before the remap - cause you want a baseline in case you get it dynoed after the mods so you'll know exactly how much difference it's made.
