hiya guys..got 2 quick questions about my s40 t4.
iv already had a re-map end bits and bobs done but is an indution kit worth the hassle? iv heard that the t4 doesnt like it (something about not being able to cool air as efficiently)
secondly whats the best spark plugs you have found work best?
your thoughts much appreciated!

I never had any problems when i had mine.
It depends on how much you like noise and how much you want to spend. I had a pipercross panel filter (£30) on mine and then fitted a bmc cda(£150).
I think the pipercross panel filter is worth the extra over the standard filter, (but) the bmc looked good and sounded great but gave no noticeable power gain.

I used ngk platinum spark plugs on mine, can't really say if they make the car run better than normal ones, as it had them on already, and as they seemed good i just used the same when i had them replaced. They do last longer though.

Depends what you want really. Panel filter, open cone (or with a heat shield) or enclosed cone..
