You bought a very good robust systems. Run a good pressure switch and the systems work very well. I run a 50/50 mix. My car does like 100% methanol and my pressure switch activates at 10psi. I did have it lower but the best results on the dyno showed 100% methanol coming in at 10psi with a K24 with a 0.5mm jet on my particular setup. Its worth investing in some dyno time once your car is setup so you can see where best to bring in the WI. Every car is different so get the kit up and running and then fine tune to your engines requirements. Make sure you use an inline non return valve to prevent auto syphoning under vacuum.

Sorry lol. Devils own offer a progressive controller also that is a great unit. I have seen one being used very well in a Sierra Cosworth in conjuction with a fully mapable standalone ECU and the results with and without the WI in use were very noticeable on a dyno. Airflow is very poor on a dyno and the WI may compensate somewhat on it but results on the road bum dyno seem to like the use of WI on my car and my friends running Devils own WI systems.

@Alan thanks for the advice, i will likely invest in sum dyno time etc wen im older tho! yeh the scotch locks are really stupid looking i just used thru connectors and then heat shrink wrap over the top of that and cable wrap over that, it was quite an easy kit to fit, it took me and my mate about 6hours to fit and test it. The i cant really tell any difference but then again all ive had to test it on is a long'ish' drive way lol

(to save the hassle of having to tap into an ignition source i simply placed a toggle switch in the engine bay)

the only problem i had with the kit was locating a vacuum/pressure line, the only way i cud do this was to just randomly pull off pipes in the inlet and see which ones caused the pressure switch to activate when on boost, i used an LED light strip on the bonnet to show me when it was active-

i later found one on the throttle body housing that did just the job
