Recently had some good advice on here ( can't remember who ) for my T5 to fit some Conti sport 3 as mine are now getting nearer to be replaced.
I can get Conti's for £88.55 each plus del or Potenza's for £91.20 plus del.
Would the Potenza's be a better option as there is very little in the price, all from Rotation uk 225 45 17
Hope you all had a fat free Xmas btw :D

I've got Conti Contact Sport 3 on my T5 - 225/45/17 exactly same as yours.

228 wheel horse power and 276lb-ft at the wheel, and I can floor it in second in the wet and (most of the time) get perfect traction - in the dry, never spin up.

Brilliant tyres, I'd thoroughly recommend them - maybe the Potenza is better but to be honest, you'll be happy either way !

Thanks Mr Monkey, there is a conti sport 5, and they get even better reviews than the 3 but only seem to fit 18" upwards but the price does go upwards

I can't really see you wanting for more tyre unless your car is an absolute monster.

They have good ride and feel through the corners too... very progressive.
