I always loved my rwd motors 4 x alfa romeo v6 75 mmmmmm but been thinking of getting one of these a 940 Torslander its a lpt and an auto I guess I would need to chip it. I have got a 850 t5 sitting on the drive. Does the turbo fit in and would it need chipping first. Basically I got a t5 for parts what parts are interchangeable, to make it go faster. :) I am also a mechanical idiot and pretty skint, not a good combination.

for a start why not just buy the HPT version with an extra 35 bhp? surely a better place to start from?

Fitting the 850 turbo onto it is a bit of a fiddly job, and not one for those who aren't good at mechanics.

they are both identical is just the actuator is softer for less boost.you can put an mbc on and turn it up .

I got one from the t5 so its just wind up the boost sounds cool I was thinking like the inter cooler what about an engine swap bet its a nightmare. Are suspension parts interchangeable. Oh and quick because I`m winning a bid 4 hours to go on an 850 t5 manual .
