cleaning the breather pipes how often? as exhaust smoking again

Hi i recently had all the breather pipes pvc etc cleaned including the ones under manifold 4 months ago(i presume properly) this cured the smoke coming out of the exhaust but the smokey exhaust is back with avengance .is there any area which could have been missed in the pipe work or is this pipe work something that needs doing often engine seems to run fine. cheers

did you do the small valve on the air intake pipe, it shouldn't be blocked after just a few months

To be honest, id replace the whole lot with new from Volvo. Done mine including the Valve well over 13k miles and a year ago.
No smoke anywhere.
