since buying a chhep set and having nothing but problems i went to michelin and always use michlin pilot sprot exalto extra load and there brilliant just pricy at 100 a corner

i dont think price has any issue i had 3 splits in 3 tyres all a mixture of premium tyres, something is wrong

anybody got any experience of yokohama parada spec 2's?
Had them on the old T4 and best tyre I have had. Rated Toyos tops until I tried the yokos. I was getting 215/40/17's for £90 each, fitted and balanced. Recommended.

That's about £75 a corner fitted which is a bargain in my book

Have you tried 215/45/17s? The Rs ride quite well with these whilst also giving really good grip all round. Get some Goodyears or Michelins and be done with it ;)

If it helps I have Autogrips @ £63, Falken ZE912 @ £85 , Falken FK452 @ £90.
These prices are including fitting, valve, balance & VAT.

yeah but 45's look pants mate too fat makes the alloy wheel look smaller

cheers hamish 150 mile return trip though and my car is getting a free retest next week it just failed miserably
