95 T5R Auto Box- Oil???

Can anyone tell me, PLEASE, what grade of oil to put in my auto T5R on a 95?

If your reffering to engine oil then 10w40 Semi Synthetic (5.5 Litres)

if its the auto box oil then its any ATF matching Dextron 3 standards (8 litres)

Further question- how easy is it to top up? is there a flush and refill point?
