I'd just get a 19T & have done with it. Feed in the right DP for maximum joy!

Is the 19T a straight bolt in Jobby?? And will it require a bigger intercooler??

Yes but you might need your downpipe modded, and no to the intercooler unless you want to.

Bigger intercooler is not required - just a nice to have.

TD04HL-16T/18T/19T Which is the easiest to fit on a T-5R. Least mods needed??

I would say the 16 or 18, they are a straight swop, only thing you will have to check is the exhaust flanges match your d/pipe

Or just undo the Vband connection and fit the CHRA to the old Turbine housing. I usually do some machining work to the housings to aid with flow because of the change as it works well.

So i can take the compressor housing off a 16T/ 18T or 19T and the CHRA as a complete unit and fit it straight into my 15G turbine housing????

I have an angle flanged TD04HL-16T forsale all you need to do is change your flat 15G flange for the angle one by removing the central band and tapping the flange off

16T was fitted to the 850R along with some V70's and I believe the C70 T

That 19T will spike really well if you go to Turbobricks [oh I'm going to get grief for that] you will find loads of posts saying how bad 19T's are think that's why the 18T is such a popular upgrade as it doesn't have such a violent spike than the 19T. If I could figure how to post pictures I have a chart that shows the pressure map of the 4 popular turbos

The spares from Kando Dynamic (on ebay) are good parts but not genuine mitsubishi items. If you use the above posted link you are deleting the standard factory CBV and also the actuator wont fit as its the wrong shape, so is the compressor housing for mounting the actuator. They can be made to work but it is not worth the hassle unless you can fab pretty much any type of brackets you may need.

Yes the CHRA can be interchanged across the Volvo turbo range bar a few smaller LPT exceptions on later cars.

18t's are easier to get hold of as they were used on more models, 19t's are fine if controlled well. I've seen some terrible results/curves from 18t's
