gearbox syncros can they be bought? t5r

the t5r has been popping outta 2nd gear from i bought it never noticed it on test drive ect tho would not have stopped me buying it so do i need a box or a syncro?now starting to miss second and crunch and have noticed that if car has any sorta reverse motion first making a crunch too,, gonna stick an 850R clutch in there also

Volvo themselves don't do any internal parts for the gearbox! A gearbox reconditioner might be able to help? I'm fairly sure the T5-R box is a normal M56, might be just as easy to find a 2nd hand one
