Hi Everyone
All of you have been very helpful so far with my questions, but I am stuck on the subject of induction kits.
I have been searching for no less than 2 hours and found quite a few posts. I have read that some of you like cone filters and some prefer the original airbox. Hot air bad, good, no difference on a turbo engine etc.
MINEFIELD would be my favorite word for this topic. Please advise me.
I would like more roar from the front end just to aid the lovelly sounding back end, if so which is best in the cone filter department?
I HAVE READ ABOUT:
*Elevate AMS system
*BSR Opti Flow Filter kit
*Short Ram Intake
*Pipercross and of course K&N
But which one????
Thanks Phill

Can't do wrong with the BSR Optiflow mate. I've been using that kit for nearly 4 years, with ZERO ill effects, so if you like the noise, that's the kiddie!!

The BSR kit seems the most popular and well priced too with the heatshield surround etc :)

i noticed a big difference changing from a K&N to a Pipercross cone, rev'd alot freer
i use a CCR cone now because its got the open end for a more direct air flow into the filter

you could just buy a cone with 70mm neck but whatever size you choose you will need a silicone hose to connect the two together
