Hi, first time I've posted a thread here. Got an ex Plod 2005 55 S60 T5 (100k mls). The car generally runs fine and smooth managing a respectable 30mpg on my commute to work. Recently I have noticed a fall off in mpg with no difference in my driving style and also when cold the car has a slight miss/hesitation for only the first 1/2 mile at the worst. The other thing I have spotted is that when warmed up the idle "hunts" and drops as low as 500rpm but doesn't stall. There is no management light on and the car performs well otherwise. I'm thinking air flow meter but can anyone shed some light?
