Leather seat unusual problem...

Ok so the 960 I now have has leather seats(same design as the 850), they're in fairly good condition apart from the heaters not working, the main problem i have is with the drivers seat. When I first get in the car I just can't get comfy, no matter how far back I push myself I slide back down again, this happens until the leathers gotten warm and then it seems a little better. I never had this problem with my R but then again that had alacantra as well, is there anything I can do to the leather to stop it being so slippy?(apart from taking sandpaper to it).

You could try some of the leather softerns available, I think meguiars sell a few. Tryed one on my Capri seats and it worked a dream, really softened them up.

Might be worth a go for 10-15 quid or whatever they cost.
