I thought the honeymoon period was over. Head light packed up, looked like a hell of a job but good old vadis sorted me out. Dead easy! With everything removed, swapped a few parts around and found ballast u/s.

Reconditioned unit for £140 from hids4u, with next delivery and now sorted.
Dread to think what main steeler would have charged.
