heated seats

i was investigating my centre console buttons the other day and found the cover where the heated seat buttons should be comes off to reveal what look like buttons inside how can i tell if they are heated seats or not and the previous owner fitted the cover on the buttons ..... i am really baffled erm ?

from what i understand the heater element is missing from in the seat, as you say you need the switch covers instead of the blanking plate & a software update

To add to Pedro,you will need heated seat modules.

you just need the actual seats inc elements and software download to the ccm
