c70 t5 rear view mirror broke

hi iv broke my rear view mirror,i caught it before and now its just hanging down moving all over the show,does enyone know how to mend it

yeah,just remove the cover,
take the mirror down,and if its like the 850 then you just undoo 2 bolts inside,push the mirror ball back into the cup and do the bolts up...
its designed to come of in the event of an accident so if a person is thrown forward they wont get gouged on the mirror,its just a ball and socket type fit

i think you just remove the lense from the interior lights,
theres small screws under it,remove them and the plastic comes down,revealing the mirror base

my fuse for the lights keeps blowing now,any ideas?

does the ciggy lighter work,
have you had a tomtom or sat nav plugged into the ciggy lighter,as they seem to blow fuses when they arent pushed in or out straight....
or does it only blow the fuse when you open the door etc

ciggy lighter stills works,and yes iv had a sat nav in,but i put a bigger amp fuse in and now my radio comes on and no sound and the ariel doest go up,so have checked where the amp is and the din wire has melted down to the copper and same has happened to the lamp in the boot,im gutted,how can i sort this,where would you start,im gettin a love hate with this car
