Hi All,
I have just had a mechanic put powerflex bushes into my wishbones at the front of my v70 t5. He said to me that he doesnt see how they can work correctly and that the arms will have too much movement?!
Is this correct? I thought powerflex was an improvement over the standard bonded bushes??
ALSO
I am getting like a clonking noise from my front suspension.
I have changed the bushes and the drop links and still there.
What is the most likely culprit?

they should be exactly the same as the standard bushes only made of a harder compound material so should give less movement

Are the ball joints a seperate part or is it an entire wishbone to replace them?

im asuming hes fitted them properly,
also has he fitted the steel sleeve that goes through the centre,
they shld be an improvement on the originals...........unless not fitted correctly...
admittedly they can be a pain to fit but simple enough
