Need advice on how to change a front wing

Finally got home off holiday after some numb nuts crashed into my car and smashed my front wing in and drove off without leaving any details on the day before we went on holiday. How nice of them!

Anyway. I've just brought myself a used front wing and have no idea how to go about swapping them over.

Can anyone give me an idiots guide on how to change the front wing on a V70 P1

They are really quite simply IIRC. The hardest part is removing the plastic rivet that holds the very bottom part of the wing to the bottom plastic trip that runs all the way down the side of the car underneath the doors. There are around 5 bolts max 10 or 13mm I cant remember and once the rivet is removed and the bolts undone it simply lifts off.

Im affraid I dont have a guide but recently did one and it is a maximum of two hours job to swap the panels over.
