bolt size?

Antone know what the bolt size is for the the thermostat housing? it has three torx head jobbies? need the size and were can i get x3? many thanks

i think its m8 thread,
cant remember as it was a while ago i even saw mine lol
nut you can replace with same length bolts or allen key instead of the stupid torx crap.im sure i changed mine over when i did mine :)

hi thanks for the response, i did try to replace with some decent allen bolts i have, nothing seems to fit, i had the same with the rocker cover......all seem to be strange sizes, i tried all sort of mormal lokking bolts still noth fits!

they may be m7. get them from your volvo dealership. tbh torx are far superior to allen bolt. the driven surface are is a lot more on a torx.

Yeah, get them from a main dealer or Rufe on here, I had to drill mine out as they had seized. They dont cost much.
