Am after a set of Roof bars for my V70 (the long side rails)

Try Ebay, they come up for sale now and again, usually for about £100-£150 a set.

Thule do an excellent set of clamp style feet and you will need the 760 bars. I used to use them on my 850 when using my kayak (takes upto 5 playboats ~ 30Kg each).

Available in Halfords. Easy to use and lockable. They clamp onto the lateral rails.

As a experienced kayaker and carrier of bulky loads - THULE are the best on the market.

Thanks for that info I have justed priced the long roof rails up @ Volvoooo main dealers WOW the shock nearly killed me. Might have a line on some at the weekend.

Hi Simh, Where are you based? Is your car V70 Classic or later? V70 classic and 850 share the same roof rails and they are a doddle to fit.
