Turbo balancing

Ok, this maybe should be in the 'wanted' section, but I need my 18T turbo balanced in the next few months. I have been quoted silly prices (£160) with no warranty so wanted to know if I can get it cheaper anywhere? Even turbotechnics say it's not their policy to do it due to not rebuilding it themselves.
