standard dump valve where is it located?

i just looked on ebay and it states that volvo t5 can and cannot come with dump valve as standard, how can i find this out and what am i looking for ?

the standard recirc valve is bolted straight onto the side of the turbo, i've already fitted a blanking plate to the turbo in the pic (triangular plate to the right)
