I think the strut brace is around £75 from volvo,its also regarded as one of the best mods for the car for not alot of money.

Before you start upgrading you might wanna do a stage 0 , make sure everything is upto scratch. I notice your not goingfor the remap but Id still make sure everyting else is up to the job.

When I bought my T5 the first thing I did was a full service:- genuine plugs, oil & fuel filters, K&N panel filter and a new set of ignition leads (magencor KV85s) and that alone made the car drive better.

Might want to do the poly top mount bush aswell, its cheap, doesnt take long to do and makes the engine note far more interesting.
