855 T-5 97 Torque settings Cylinder head

This has probably been asked countless times before regarding torque figures on a 97 855 T-5 are they the same as the earlier series ?

Cylinder Head Lower Section to Block
Stage 1: 20 Nm
Stage 2: 60 Nm
Stage 3: 130 degrees
Top Section to Lower 17 Nm

Compression tests on my 97 855 T-5 have been carried out to see why it's using oil and water without the mayo gloop in the oil cap, results in bar:

Cyl 1: 9
Cyl 2: 10-11
Cyl 3: 8-9
Cyl 4: 11
Cyl 5: 7

I get a puff of blue smoke on initial start up now which lasts a few seconds

Can't you get a cylinder leakage test carried out. it is a lot more accurate. and you would be able to diagnose the problem a lot better.
