I have decided to fit a dump valve, if I get a fitting kit, will I be able to use any dump valve or has it got to be a specific one, Bailey, Forge etc etc?

it needs to be a twin piston one

Like p fandango says - twin piston a must. And whatever you go for, it's a good idea to get one which can be tuned and springs uprated if need be (if you run higher boost for instance). Forge do tuning kits for theirs, and HKS do similar with their SSQV. Not sure about Baileys or others.
