Problems!

The symptoms I'd solved by calibrating my turbo wastegate actuator (http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/showthread.php?t=30246) have returned after a few thousand miles so I can only assume the actuator is going duff, which is annoying to say the least as I'd got it running sweet.

So....... I'm interested in any opinions regarding what I can realisticaly do with the actuator in terms of service/ replacemement/ reconditioning etc, how available the parts (original or after-market) might be and what other people may have done.

It's a 2001 Phase II V70 T5 with a Mitsubishi TD04HL-16T.

TIA

..bump..

Has nobody ever replaced the actuator on a Phase 2?

Update:- the part is available separately (kit from FRF) and Forge are developing an aftermarket unit but I've not been able to source one elsewhere.

BTW - if anybody is interested in the Forge unit and has the time and patience for some kind of involvement, let me know, sounds like they might be interested.
