light adjustment

my s40 t4 failed its MOT because apparently the lights are pointing down to much. does anyone know how to adjust them to be pointing up higher? they are the xenon lights

isnt there an adjuster in the car....on the dash.
if you wana manualy adjust them then theres usualy an allan key or screwdriver head on the back of the light unit,
some cars have a small hole in the slam panel above the light to get a long screwdrive/allan key in.
but you can be sure that some pratt that designed it didnt think you might need to adjust anything or change a bulb.and wont make it simple
