would a rear bumper skirt from a s60 fit a v70 & 2004 front bumper v70 skirt fit a 01 v70 bumper

IIRC the skirt (if you mean the textured grey part under the painted section) does not separate from the front or rear bumper.

S60s use different bumpers from V70. The 60 uses a round foglamp on the front where the 70 is roughly rectangular (IYSWIM)

The 60 rear skirt on a 70 is a non starter cos I think the bumper side is longer on the estate and the boot sill is much lower also.

Pre facelift 70s have interchangeable bumpers and I'm pretty sure you can pretty up your early spec to 05 on as long as you get ALL the plastic front and rear.
