What do you think of this??? Looks bloody brilliant to me. Remove your crappy wood look-a-like trim, cover it in Carbon Fibre (a- la BMW Sport) and plop it back.

It even has the same texture! How good is that ;)

you can actually buy a complete interior sticker kit to cover all the fake wood in your car with many different effects also on ebay

Richbrook (LINK (http://www.redlinemaxed.co.uk/richbrook-carbon-fibre-sheet-p-487.html)) do a self adhesive genuine carbon fibre sheet, i'm not sure it'll be as plyable as the vinyl sheet tho

I've used this lot and their offering which seems remarkably similar. Depending on what you go for, it can be used for ultra hard wearing applications (I used it to cover over rusted areas around the rear arches on an V40 and an S40 and it withstood all the crap and muck that got thrown up during our nightmare winter... I can recommend it!

I put one of those interior stick-on kits on my V70, about five years ago, and it looked... what's the word... S H I T.

Nah, thats WAY to messy. The 3M stuff should look really good as its dead plyable and you can heat it and stretch it tight AND if it DOES look ****e, just peel it back off and remove the glue residue ;) simples!

Erm, if you check this stuff out, it is 3M adhesive that they use, so no difference as far as that goes. And from experience, it does work and is easy to use!

Yes it's my first ever Volvo (740 GL) - bought for 650 quid on a 1986 C plate. Then spent 4000 trying to get the thing to go faster & instead turned it into a chav chariot!!

http://www.bigredvolvos.co.uk/galleries/my740_gallery.htm

On the plus side - I did manage to sell it for a grand with 239K miles on the clock!!

Spot the clear focus side repeaters, neon underlighters and other such gay paraphanilia. Real kayak passion wagon. Sadly no action ever took place in the back even though the tints were dark enough. And yes I did have stick on carbon effect on the console arm rest lid & parts of the centre console. Also yes I did paint the inside!! LOL

Happy days??? LOL
