hi is this the correct dipstick for for my 850 as i believe there is a choice of 2

I have had a similar problem locating the correct dipstick for my car,when the plastic end came adrift....Ieventually went to the main dealer...gave them my vehicle reg.and they supplied me with one at £11 and a few pence.....not worth the hassle of trawling around.

There is a choice of 2 becuase volvo have discontinued the original orange handled thin dipstick found on the 850's.

The handles brake off which happened to me on my old S70R, When i went to the dealer i was given an uprated dipstick and new style dipstick tube.

The new one is much thicker at the top and is more durable but you need the upgraded tube aswell so it will fit.
