Welcome to the forum!
Any chance you could let us know a bit more about you & your car sometime? - We're a friendly bunch, with a lot of very experienced T5 owners & enthusiasts here.

Headrests - nothing mentioned in the owners manual? ~ I can't offer much help as I'm a 850 bod...

Ring the dealers or look in a Haynes manual.

They do come out but it will take 2 people to get them out.

One needs to sit in back seat and press the 2 levers in about half way down the solid bit at the top of the seat and the other needs to knel ion the seat and pull the headrest up.

They will be tight very tight but they do come out
