ok i have been looking into this online. most people who have other unbranded head units simular to the one i sold you are using IGO8 software pre installed on an SD card.

Hi
My son brought one of these units second-hand for his Pick-up. He found out there are 2 formats for the maps (1) that runs on windows CE or Mobile and (2) that runs on Android. It seems these units run the Mobile Phone versions. Tom Tom (Windows based) didn't work but Route 66 software from his friends Nokia smartphone did he copied the card and hey presto full sat nav.
Hope this helps
