release bearing

I have noticed when sat with the clutch pedal up that theres a slight rattle from the gearbox area, this goes when the peadal is pressed down so i assume is the release bearing.

theres also about 15+mm of spare travel on the release arm that when taken up the rattle stops, how the hell do you adjust the clutch cable on these ?

You don't as they have a hydraulic clutch.
