Afternoon guys, I've just popped into the shade for a bit and i've got a question to ask.
My 850R (1996, 87k Manual) makes a faint squeaking / whimpering noise from start-up, the noise lasts for a couple of minutes and then goes away.
So today, I decided to investigate ( and make some use of this hangover I've got from a night on the lash :beer: )
I whipped off the aux belt, and started the car. I can still here that faint whimpering and squeaking noise. So I guess this points to the cam-belt / tensioner and water pump?
What I'm asking is... could you guys give me a ballpark figure on replacing the cam-belt, tensioner and water pump if I supply the parts ?
Oh, have any of you guys experienced this? or could you recommend any other places to look?
