Hi all just a few quick questions, what should my 850t5 be idling at when warm? i think its too high personally its sitting at a tad over 1000rpm, and i also have a orange light on next to the service light i was told it might be a old fault or a sensor problem, any help you be great.
Thanks

idle should be about 850rpm, the orange light (with green triangle i assume) means there is an engine fault

could also be a vac leak, that would make the car high idle.

To be honest i would make a code reader, reset the codes, clean the throttle body and idle control valve.
I had a high idle problem and it turned out to be the evap valve so i bunged up the vac line to it and all is good :)
