Ok so having some problems with the oil return pipe from the k24 to the 850 t5 block,nothing i have read says you have to mod the pipe in any way just the oil feed.
So i decided to order another k24 oil pipe to see if i had the wrong one,nope just the same.
So by this stage im getting alittle Pi**ed off lol,but then i notice the many pictures on my pc of the t5 engine and notice that the hole on some are at a angle and some are straight down,so i had alook at a engine in my back yard and sure enough its at a angle.
So did they change this on a later engine? and why lol,i tested the pipe i just got from volvo on the other engine and it fits like a glove,so im back to the drawing board on how to make mine fit.
So anyone lookign to fit the k24 to a early block then good luck lol.
