Turbo Exhaust Housing

Afternoon all,

So I'm looking at getting a new turbo - probably a 16T or post 1996 15G...

My car is a 1995 T5 so I'm pressuming it will have a 15G with conical flange?

Therefore I'd have to change the exhaust housing from mine with the new turbo to fit my exhaust.

Is this hard to do? And will the conical flange reduce the power gains?

Any help would be appreciated,
