My 97 850 T-5 remapped with a Rica 308 along with adding white injectors all seems ok till today on the M25 I felt a slight kick when the boost climbed to just above 3/4 @ 60-80mph on overtake not a massive kick but definately there at 60-80mph on boost.

Power is 275bhp and 372ish Nm Torque

Checked the following

All vacuum hoses all correctly fitted with no holes
Stage 0 done before remap inc cam belt

The arm on the wastegate had to be slacked off 6 turns at 4psi test pressure before it would drop into the pin, test driven the car boost is still very high just under 3/4@40mph on eco mode havent checked sport mode no kick as yet. It has been suggested I could be suffering spark out [what is this ?] or the fuel pump isn't upto the new power ?

NGK Plugs, Bero rotor and cap, Bougicord leads, blue silicone for vacuum, genuine volvo intercooler pipes as necessary, Dexron III Transmission fluid flush, 10w/40 semi synthetic oil.

Might be the Turbo Control Valve I'm refering too sorry for calling its a boost control solenoid
