Issues With Fitting a Second Hand ECU

Just as the title says, are there any issues with fitting a used chipped (whether it's an HLM, RICA, Superchips, etc) ecu to your car? As long as it's for the right car, with the right gearbox, and the right Bosch part number will there be a problem?

Should be fine. I would read the fault codes the first time i put a new ecu in, just so that you can clear any old codes stored.
