Wheels nuts keep working loose, HELP!!

My wheels nuts on the offside front wheel keep working themselves loose. I just had my wheelbearings done and I mentioned it to my mechanic, he basically said that the worn wheel bearing was 'vibrating' them loose, but bearings are now fixed, I drove to London this weekend and noticed a clicking sound from thre, upon a close look I discovered the nuts had worked loose.

I'm lost as to what could be causing this, if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Have you tried replacing the wheel nuts on that wheel?, if the hub has been replaced and the bolts are being torqued up then there's no way they should come loose. I would suggest sticking a bit of thread lock on the threads but it will make getting them off when you need to a lot harder work.
