I have a Willwood setup going on the fronts and plan to upgrade the rears. The price of OEM isn't miles less so going for a grooved pair.

The following options are available;

Black Diamond
Tarox
Red Dot

All three are well known makes but havent used any of them in the past although hear good things about Black Diamond. Any experience with doing the rear brakes on the S/V40?

I'd keep the stock discs and pads myself, just make sure the calipers are in good shape. Upgrade pads to DS2500 if you really want, but otherwise stock = good for rears in my book.

I have upgraded my front brakes to Brembo on my T4. The rear brakes stock are actually very good :)

Decided to go for OEM as recommended. Presume the rears easy enough to do myself?

My 40 brakes are shockingly bad.... Got brake fade within a week of putting a brand new set on the front... No Track days for me (yet)...

I did put a cheap of pattern pars on the car and so far everything that I've bought a as cheap alternative has been rubbish(Brakes and electrics).
