The Last T5

What year was the last 2.4 T5 made? was it 2006 or 07. Has anybody had a drive in the V70 T6.

Thats why the cops have had to go down the diesel route to stay with V70 manuals.

Our Vet and myself have both run T5's and R's from the 850 through P1's and P2's I still run P2's today. He changed to the T6 in 2008, very smooth power delivery but strangely does not feel quick. By comparison my 2003 V70 T5 Geartronic with Rica 310 is much faster and definitely picks up quicker for overtaking, even though he has 4 wheel drive.
Cracking car the T6 but for me not as enjoyable as the T5, so I will be sticking to the P2 T5.
Mind you he is talking about an ECU upgrade that may change my mind.
