hesitation when boosting?

My 850R seems to have a slight hesitation when coming on boost,you only notice if you slowly accelerate,onve the boost gauge starts reading into the white its clear and pulls well?could it be a boost leak?its had new plugs/cap and arm?also i seem to have a n oil leak coming from my oil return pipe gasket,is this a gasket or an O ring?

Return pipe has a gasket on the turbo and an o-ring in the block on pipe. A boost leak would cause a similar issue to yours.
