Hi all i have heard about this pcv but im unsure as to what it is, what it does and where its located and whats involved to clean it out, my car hasnt had a good going over in a while so i want it to be the best i can.

If your unsure wether it needs doing or not try pulling the dipstick out while the engine is running, if you get lots of smoke out of the tube then the PCV needs cleaning out/replacing.

bloody hell, it looks rather difficult and im a mechanic!!, is there anyone round the suffolk area who has done it before and wants to help me??

If your a mechanic then it shouldn't pose much of a problem, once you get the inlet manifold off it's not that hard.
