V70 Bumpers

Anybody know if the 2004-2007 front bumper will fit the 2000-2004 models?

Wings and front panel/bumper reinforcement are the same. Headlamps are different but may be the same dimensions.

My answer would be, broadly, yes but be prepared to have to buy a pair of headlamps as well. You will definitely need foglamps and don't forget that if your car has headlamp wash the facelift cars used a high pressure pump and no wipers . . .
