S60 leaking powersteering resevoir

Hi folks,

Teething problem on my newish s60. The side of the resevoir seems to be leaking, not the cap but the body where the two halfs join. Is this common? Presume I just drain it, slam in a new one and refill?

It's the join of the pipe to the reservoir, a known problem.

Simply remove the pipe, drain the reservoir, shorten the pipe by around 25mm and refit with a new jubilee clip. Refill to the correct level.

It'll never be perfect but you will be able to keep it under control . . .
