as far as i've seen from RICA the 2.3 gets abit more from a remap (around 10 bhp but dont quote me) so it all depends really how far you would want to take the power up

I've heard the 2.4 is generally more robust if you want to do more mods (like new injectors, turbo, downpipe)

Unless you're looking for big differences, i can't imagine there'd be that much in it.

As far as i know they are :) not the biggest authority on S60's tho
