Anyone interested in doing a skid control course?

I have found details of a place in Northampton that do the course but as yet not looked into it any farther. If we have enough interest I will look into prices dates etc....

Comments?

Yup I would be. I've done one of these before and as well as a lot of fun they do teach you a hell of a lot.

HHmmmm - with the state of my OSR tyre I could be interested. (or should I just get a new tyre?) :B_steerin

Done one before Moppy during my driver training with our local friendly constabulary!
For those that haven't and think they know how to deal with a skid it's well worth the experience - drastic loss of traction even at low speed gets your a55 twitching!

Eventually you should be able to have the car swinging sideways like a ballroom dancer under full control.

We did our sessions in a F*rd Escort with the tyres showing zero tread and metal braiding showing on a wet oil soaked course. - Great fun, very useful, and a potential car saver!
