software upgrades

hi all,
is there no equipment/software downloads on the market to be able to upgade your cars software(fluid counter,etm and the likes!!!!) at home through obd conection etc.???? anyone any clues

Not direct from volvo, but you can get soft loaders from Rica & other tuners to change the ECU engine map. (makes a big difference!)
