Sometimes diesel is a necessary evil, as long as you still have a petrol to remember what 6000rpm is like :D

Nice reflection shots. A guy at work use to have a turbo one of these he gave me a drive of it, I thought it would have been faster than it was but it wasn’t slow but it was definitely one of the best handling cars I’ve driven .

Wow nice - I looked into a VX220 ages ago - ruled it out on insurance costs!

Is that the 220bhp turbo version??

Nope, it's a 2.2 naturally aspirated.

Many prefer the turbo, i chose this over it. Much sharper, and a real joy on the twisties or on track.

Thanks Chaps. Coming up to five years ownership and it makes a great companion to the volvo. They couldn't be more different. yet both are excellent at some things and trully shocking at others. :D
